1. Field Service Terms
Submission of a service request does not constitute an immediate binding contract until confirmed by MH dispatch via a formal work order, estimate, or agreed subcontracting schedule.
2. Site Access & Safety
Customers and partner site owners must ensure safe physical access to utility easements, demarc rooms, server closets, and poles. Technicians reserve the right to halt work in unsafe structural or weather conditions.
3. Governing Jurisdiction
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable United States federal and state laws governing telecommunications field operations and contract law.
